Evaluation Information
EVALS SAVE THE DATE: Sunday Feb 1st at Skyview from 12:30-4
Specific age group eval times will be sent prior to Feb 1st.
10U, 12U, 14U & HS will be evaluated.
8U does not have evaluations
10U, 12U, 14U & HS have to go through evaluations to get placed on a team. If you can't make the evaluations, you have to reach out to us to let us know. We will do the best we can to get everyone that needs evaluations through the process.
Evaluations are conducted by the Tartan High School coaching staff. No parents or coaches are allowed in the gym during tryouts.
What to Bring to Evals
- Batting Helmet
- Glove
- Infield Face Mask
- Bat (Optional, we will have some to use if needed)
- Athletic Clothing to perform in (NO JERSEYS)
- Tennis Shoes (no cleats in the gym)
Team Assignments
8U Team will be formed by the Directors.
10U-HS Teams will be formed off information from evaluations. We will do our best to make each team as competitive as possible.
ONCE TEAMS ARE FORMED AND UNIFORMS ORDERED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Pitching - All ages - 12:30 - 1:30 - BYOB (Bring Your Own Bucket) to sit on. Parents need to catch for their daughter. Catchers also welcome
1:30-2:30 - 8U (1st - 3rd grade)*
2:30 - 4 14U & High School (with Tartan/North HS Team)
*8U training is teaching the fundamentals. We will be working on throwing, batting & fielding mechanics. It will be a fun hour learning the basics of how to play the game

Southeast Metro League (SEML)
RETURNING THIS YEAR...We have decided to have our 8U players move from Tri-County to the Southeast Metro League. This is an in-house program which will be competitive but a better introduction to the sport and the time commitment for families.
