Boys Basketball

The boys basketball program is a recreational league for players in 3rd through 8th grade. Three leagues: 3rd/4th grade, 5th/6th grade, and 7th/8th grade. The goal of the program is to provide an enjoyable, positive environment in which participants learn the fundamentals of basketball. OAA teams compete with surrounding communities in the Metro East Rec League.

Typically, teams practice for one 75 minute session per week and play one game per week. Practices are on weeknights and typically begin in mid-November. Games are on Saturday mornings and afternoons and typically start in early December and continue into late February or early March. Practice time/locations will be set after the school district allocates gym times.
