Welcome to OAA Football

OAA Flag Football is the place where kids can get a taste of football without the need for full pads. The teams are comprised of a Kindergarten league and a  1st /2nd grade league. The fundamentals of the game will be learned and reinforced at this level. Practices start in Mid-August for all grades, and finishing prior to Halloween. The cost is $70 for earlybird pricing and is $80 on 7/1 and thereafter.

When Signing your child up, please indicate the grade that your kid will be going into after the summer. this determines if they will be in the kindergarten league or the 1st/2nd grade league.

Beginning in 3rd grade, players can advance to tackle football - where full contact requires a full set of football pads, helmets and uniforms. Please see the OAA Football program for more details.

Please note that mouth guards and athletic cups/supporters are required and must be purchased separately.

Volunteers

The game of football is a fun time to watch your kids play and have fun. This is only possible if parents are willing to volunteer to help with the teams. The best thing that you can do to ensure that your child and the children of the flag football program can insure a quality program is to get involved and volunteer to be a coach. If this is something that interest you and you would like to volunteer to coach or to find out more about it please contact the director of your league.
